Whether you are an artist looking for a host or someone considering hosting a concert yourself, there is a group of terms and conditions which need to be set before an event can go ahead. Our list of the most common questions raised in planning a Healthy Concert is included in a Host Questionnaire - file attached to this profile (see below).

Please ignore the `security` questions. We currently advise house concert organisers and hosts not to include a full terrestrial address and home contact details in an event listing. This information can be given in response to bookings and enquiries received through your Mentor profile, example page here, or your Myspace etc. Every Healthy Concert event listing contains two links to the profile of a Contact person or Mentor.
