Profile
Kate Murdoch specialises in thumb harp and traditional songs from Tanzania in East Africa. She has been studying Wagogo tribal music with the Zawose family of musicians in Tanzania since 1999 and recently completed postgraduate training in creative workshop skills (CPD Diploma) at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. Kate regularly gives performances and workshops and has a particular interest in music as a healing art. From 1998 - 99, Kate worked as Project's Officer with Sound Sense's admin team.
