In a new show called Split the Bill, Paul Chi introduces a new concept in restaurant entertainment, a short, high quality DINNER CONCERT. Original music, acoustic, entirely unplugged and performed for an attentive audience - very different from the ambient back-ground music experience normally associated with restaurants.
