In a new show called 'Split the Bill', Paul Chi introduces a new concept in restaurant entertainment, a short, high quality DINNER CONCERT. Original music, acoustic, entirely unplugged and performed for an attentive audience - very different from the ambient 'back-ground' music experience normally associated with restaurants.
