"Sir,

How are you ? Hope things are fine at your end.

Today I remembered you a lot when I read Hemant
Karkare\'s sisters letter in eSakal.com, where she has mentioned an incident in Nanded and about you. So searched your name in google and found this site. Yes, the world is flat.

I\'m in Calgary, Canada for short trip and returning India on 12th Dec ....so might miss to wish you. Happy Birthday in advance.

19th Oct I might come to Satara for my friends\'a marriage. Trust me the main intention is to meet you ...marriage is secondary. I\'ll keep you posted about my program.

Shri-Madhu ar fine. You can reach me on 9869455554 in Mumbai.

Vahini na Namaskar. See you soon.

Regards,
Sandeep

"saw Kit last night at the Arts Centre Swindon. What an amazing young talent! He nearly upstaged the main act! Sure we\'ll be hearing more of this young man. Just a shame the event wasn\'t better attended, but I suppose that\'s Swindon for you." - author

Ceilidh Allstars Ceilidh Allstars [review]
"Thank you to you and the band for such a fantastic night. It was such beautiful music it really did make the day for me to know you would be there. I wish you all the best and will definitely recommend you to others.
Kat and Peter Dabner 2007

My sincere thanks to you and the other band members for your tremendous playing at the Warwick International Hotels Scottish Theme dinner held at the college at the beginning of January. The conference delegates really enjoyed themselves, and without doubt, your session contributed enormously to what was a very successful event in all respects. If I am ever asked to recommend a ceilidh band I know who I would suggest.
Geoff Hale (Pembroke College Cambridge) 2002

Thank you all very much for all your skill and hard work at our wedding reception at Homerton College. We could never have imagined that a ceilidh would have been so much fun and so brilliant and we know this was entirely due to the skills of the band and caller. So many of our guests have told us how much fun they had and how hard they laughed at our dancing. It was fantastic that you were able to encourage so many people onto the dance floor. Thank you for being so brilliant.
Angus and Sandy Jackson 2004

Thankyou for your contributions to our wedding celebrations at Ravenwood Hall. Your music was fantastic and everyone enjoyed dancing to it. We had a great time and you all certainly made it the amazing night it was. Thankyou all very much indeed.
Mairi Anne & Robin 2000

Thank you and the band for such a fun evening last Friday following our daughters wedding. I have a feeling that we ‘oldies’ rather overdid things on the dance floor - it probably did us the world of good. But oh, what fun it was. Thank you for being part of our very special day.

Xaxa Xaxa [review]
"Together, snappy and on to it; unpretentious and beguiling; charming, chiming and sublimly conscious.

lovely range of tone and timbre in her voice: Terrifically bold and tremulously a-mumble at the same time with an unique and delicate rhythmical guitar style.

Confusing: you want and do enjoy it… yet the subject matter is so much about disappointment and morbidity, but so beautifully combined with hilarity.

A fantastically un-party piece gave my sense of romance a jolly good slapping about, turned me harrowed, deeply sorrowful and funereal. Then Wryly, contagiously, surreally and perfectly inappropriatly, soaring on spontaneity, pulled joy out of my deepest doubts and messed about with my misery.

I was very gladly cheered down. Deadly unserious, Xaxa bricks you in the face, yet leaves you tickled. Beware of, very wary, she’s mean to love and worse. " - author kevin green

Gaynor O Flynn Gaynor O Flynn [review]
"Gaynor was great - inspiring, melodic and in tune; with herself; her wonderful pet dog; the attentive audience and with our host. Varyingly in that order.

Moreover, and always, with the themes and spirit we need to bring about positive changes in relationships between people, our inner mind games and with the planet.

This was brilliant fun... we sung along and Gaynor was wonderfully spontaneous and present all the time.. very lovely.

I very much look forward to the next time.

Barnaby ORorke Barnaby ORorke [review]
"He may be for you - he will certainly be for someone you know - please let him know

whosoever loves music which becomes a dance and then a boat for poetry
whosoever revels in rhythmic nuance and tonal colour
whosoever loves music that surges in waves and falls to rest on the shores of being
whosever loves live performance that assaults and arrests like the fucking weather - innocent, untamable and unpredictable
whosoever loves live performance of such integrity that the concepts of mind body and spirit become redundant in blissful union

let her know about Barnaby" - author Paul Chi

"never come across these dudes before so very pleasantly suprised to find music that does something and is actually going somewhere. Very unassuming, very together and very beautiful. Can\'t really say why it moved me other than it felt safe. Such a good vibe. " - author dimitri cazouls

Ben Solomon Ben Solomon [review]
"Ben is a reservoir of talent so full every time I hear his work or see him perform I can feel that reservoir pushing at the dam that contains it. It is tough, sometimes in Healthy Concerts (even in public concerts like the wonderful occasion of hearing Ben play a great grand piano live in the beautiful surroundings of Friend\'s Meeting House) to contemplate that because the music \"business\" is so monistic, driven by large organisations that the most talented have to struggle. I fervently hope that social change will grow rapidly to the point that local economies can support local produce including fine music which is food for the soul. Let\'s keep supporting Ben in every way we can - his CD is one of the most played in my collection and on air. He always takes me to special places in myself and we are fortunate to have him here at hand." - author Louis Loizou

Ben Solomon Ben Solomon [review]
"I agree with Gordon Winter, a fine concert by Ben, one of the best. We were treated to an eccentric and wonderful performance, as befits this genius of musical composition. I think everyone there was equally impressed. Ben`s music can bring so much joy into people`s lives, so it is vital that the work is published and distributed widely... asap!" - author Paul Chi
