This is a personal growth process that uses breathing as a central activity in increasing awareness of our thoughts, emotions and feelings, assisting us to reach a condition where fears lying in our unconscious mind no longer have the power to determine our behavioural responses.

The workshop will have:

* Deep listening
* Exploration of awareness of self and others
* Meditations on being present
* Safe communication using language of feelings
* Breathwork processes (individual and partnered)
* Shared experiences acknowledged:- leading to integration



We shall create a healing atmosphere where it is safe to explore the most intense issues and emotions with love, respect and inner presence. In this situation we can bring loving awareness to even our deepest and most painful feelings. Leading to real transformation and an authentic sense of self, leaving behind the feeling of being trapped by past patterns.

The workshop is suitable for those with or without previous experience.
